Choose a product and any available options, add it to your cart and proceed to checkout. Review your delivery address, delivery method and order total before placing the order. Products, prices and availability are those displayed on jigsaw-art.com at the time of ordering. Product photographs illustrate the item; colours may look different on different screens.
Enter a working email address so that you can receive your order confirmation and dispatch information. If you need an invoice, request it when ordering and provide the required billing details. Contact sales@sherwood.store promptly if you notice an error in your order or address.
Prices are displayed in euros. The checkout shows the products, any selected gift service, delivery charges and the total payable before you confirm your purchase. Any import charges applicable outside the European Union are explained on our delivery page.
Credit and debit card payments are processed through Stripe using the secure payment form in the checkout. Available card and express payment options are displayed there. Do not send card details to us by email.
You can pay through PayPal using the options PayPal offers for your account and country. If PayPal offers card payment without an account, that option will appear on its payment screen.
Bank transfer is available for orders to supported European Union destinations. Select it at checkout and use your order number as the payment reference. The confirmation page and email provide our bank details. We dispatch the order after the funds have reached our account. Bank transfer is unavailable for delivery to Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
