The missing puzzle piece is something that puzzle lovers never, ever wish for.
No one wants their enjoyment of the game to be ruined by a missing or defective piece. Yet true puzzle enthusiasts know that this inconvenience can often happen.

We at Puzzle Arte provide you with all the instructions to follow in case you need them * :

  • Write to us at sales@sherwood.store
  • give us all your contact details
  • Please send us your receipt or purchase order number.
  • Take a photo of the completed puzzle
  • Take a photo where the missing piece is clearly visible
  • Please write us the batch number shown on the box

We’ll do our best to resolve the issue together. If possible, we’ll send you the missing piece or a new puzzle, requesting a return of the defective one.
If the puzzle you selected is no longer available, we will refund you or send you a new puzzle of the same price of your choice.

* The request for the missing puzzle piece can only be accepted if it is made within 30 days of the date of purchase of the puzzle.
