Shipping and Delivery
Purchased products are shipped via BRT SpA or, in exceptional cases (smaller islands, remote areas, or other particular logistical situations), via SDA using Poste Italiane’s Crono service.
Shipping via BRT Express Courier
Our main courier is BRT Spa, which guarantees fast and tracked deliveries within 24/48 working hours (Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays and holidays).
- Shipping cost: starting from €5.90 VAT included,
Excluding smaller islands and remote areas, for which a supplement is applicable and calculated at the time of ordering.

Shipping via SDA with Crono Poste Italiane
In cases where the delivery address is in disadvantaged areas, smaller islands, or other areas with particular logistical limitations, shipping may be carried out via Poste Italiane SDA Crono, with two available methods:
- Standard Chrono
Delivery within 2-4 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays and holidays)
Cost: €5.90 VAT included - Chrono Express
Delivery within 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays and holidays)
Cost: €7.90 VAT included

Order processing times
- Orders received before 12:00 pm will be shipped the same working day.
- Orders received after 12:00 pm are shipped the next working day.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination location. You can check them on the couriers’ official websites or by contacting the assistance numbers listed above.
International deliveries
For shipments outside Italy, times and costs will be calculated upon request.
Any customs fees or import charges will be borne by the recipient.
Check on delivery
Upon receiving your order, we invite you to:
- Check that the number of packages corresponds to that indicated in the transport document.
- Check the integrity of the packaging and contents.
Any anomalies must be reported immediately to the courier and communicated to us within 7 days of delivery.
Limitations of Liability
Sherwood Store Srls undertakes to ship the products within the indicated times, but is not responsible for any delays, poor service or loss of packages attributable to the courier .
Once the shipment has been entrusted to the carrier, all responsibility for delivery times, shipment management, or any losses falls on the chosen transport service.
We invite customers to monitor the shipment using the tracking number provided and to contact the courier directly in case of problems.
