How to purchase

1. The products offered for sale by Sherwood Store Srls are exclusively those available on the PuzzleArte.it website at the time the order is placed, as described in the relevant information sheets.

2. In any case, it is understood that the images accompanying the product description are for information purposes only and may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but may differ, for example, in color and size (also due to the browser and monitor used to access the Site and view the images).

3. To place an order, the customer must fully complete the purchase and checkout form on the website and submit it after carefully reviewing the terms and conditions and the characteristics of the product(s) they intend to purchase. The customer must also request that Sherwood Store Srls issue a tax invoice for the purchase, if desired, pursuant to art. 22 of Presidential Decree no. 633/1972.

4. Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Sherwood Store Srls via email, sent to the email address provided by the customer. This confirmation message will summarize the purchase conditions, as required by applicable law, as well as the information entered by the customer in the order, so that the customer can verify it and promptly notify any necessary corrections.

Prices and Payment Methods

1. The prices listed on the website include taxes and VAT. Any shipping costs or payment charges are communicated to the customer in advance through the website or these terms and conditions.

2. The following payment methods are available:

• PayPal
  For payment, the customer can use the PayPal circuit according to the specific methods of the same.
• Credit card
  In the case of purchases of goods with a credit card payment method, the transaction may take place through the secure PayPal server or another secure server chosen by Sherwood Store Srls.

Under no circumstances and at no stage of the payment process will Sherwood Store Srls be able to access the Customer’s credit card information, which is transmitted via a secure connection directly to the website of the banking institution managing the transaction.
Sherwood Store Srls will not store this data in any computer archive and therefore, under no circumstances will Sherwood Store Srls be held responsible for any fraudulent or improper use of credit cards by third parties at the time of payment.

Payment by credit card is made through PayPal according to its specific methods.

• Bank transfer (for European Union countries only)
  If purchasing by bank transfer, the bank details for payment will be displayed. The goods will be shipped only after the payment has been received by the bank.
