Right of withdrawal

1. Pursuant to art. 52 of the Legislative Decree. 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree. 21/2014, the Customer may withdraw from the Conditions and therefore from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide reasons and without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the products.

2. To exercise the right of withdrawal referred to in the previous article 5.1, the Customer must send Sherwood Store Srls a communication to this effect, within the indicated time frame, to the following email address sales@sherwood.store, or use the appropriate form on the Site.

3. In the event of withdrawal, the Customer must return the products to Sherwood Store Srls at his own expense within 14 (fourteen) days of the withdrawal, to the following address: Sherwood Store Srls – via Emilia 3009, 47822 Santarcangelo di Romagna (RN) – Italy.

The goods must be returned intact, complete with all their parts and in their original packaging (envelopes and boxes), stored and possibly used for the time strictly necessary to establish and verify their nature and characteristics, according to normal diligence, without any signs of wear or dirt, in compliance with the following conditions:

• The right of withdrawal applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal on only part of the purchased product (e.g., accessories, complements, etc.);
• for withdrawal to be possible, the product must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment);
• The shipping costs (and any customs charges, if applicable) for returning the goods will be borne exclusively by the Customer.
• the shipment, until the certificate of receipt at the warehouse indicated by Sherwood Store Srls, is under the complete responsibility of the customer;
• In the event of damage to the goods during transport, Sherwood Store Srls will notify the Customer, allowing them to promptly file a complaint with the courier of their choice and obtain a refund. The product will then be made available to the Customer, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request.
• Sherwood Store Srls will not be liable in any way for damage, theft, or loss occurring during or in any way related to the return shipment.

4. Sherwood Store Srls will refund the Customer the full amount already paid, net of any additional shipping costs pursuant to art. 56, paragraph 2, of the Legislative Decree. 21/14, within 14 (fourteen) days of withdrawal, through a reversal procedure of the charged amount, using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. In any case, the Customer will not bear any costs as a consequence of said refund except for the shipping costs (and any customs charges, if any) for the return of the goods which will remain the sole responsibility of the Customer. If the customer wishes, they can follow the instructions to book a quick return collection, the shipping cost of which will be charged directly upon refund. In the latter case, Sherwood Store Srls will cover any customs charges for the return of the goods. Sherwood Store Srls may withhold the refund until the returned product is received or until the Customer demonstrates that the product has been correctly returned, whichever is earlier.

5. In any case, the Customer will lose the right of withdrawal in cases where Sherwood Store Srls ascertains that:

• the returned product and/or its accessories, and/or its packaging are not intact;
• the product is missing its external packaging and/or original internal packaging;
• the product is missing integral elements and/or accessories (e.g. plugs, brochures, documentation, etc.).

In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Sherwood Store Srls will return the purchased product to the sender, charging the latter the shipping costs and, if already refunded, the price of the product.
